Undoubtedly, one of the, if not the best in the market. My mother has severe pain and we have tried several different products. Finally, we've found something that actually seem to be working. Don't bother buying cheap products (THEY DON'T WORK, at least in our case they didn't at all) and invest in something quality product like this
I received these in exchange for an honest review. I can say with 100% confidence that these helped my husband so much. He works 12 hour shifts and is on his feet the entire time and his back has not been hurting as bad and his feet haven't been hurting at all. He has had back problems for years so I didn't expect these to help, I was mainly hoping to fix the feet pain and they helped so much more than I expected. The only thing he did say is that the arch seems a little too forward for his arch. However he had gel insoles before so I'm sure it's just something that he needs to get used to.
I rarely leave reviews. 5 stars all day. my calf, foot have been hurting for a year straight. 6 acupuncture appointments, rest, ice, heat and the pain still came back. I've been wearing these for 1 week and my pain is almost 100% gone. Tibial tendonitis is cured. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!! Almost in tears im so happy.
I have tried many insoles for comfort and pain relief. Your brand is the first to help with both. Wish I would tried yours first. I would have saved a lot of money. I have flat feet, and a bunion and severe pronation on my right foot. This product makes me feel like a new person.
I have custom orthotics as I have flat feet, plantar issues, and weak connective tissue throughout my feet and ankles from Ehler Danlos Syndrome. While my customs are more stablizing, they're huge and cannot fit in a lot of shoes with the heel stabilizers. These provide a great backup for smaller shoes for arch support. If you need more heel support however, you probably should stick with customs.
I have been wearing my powerstep insoles on my walk every day. First, I like the fact they come true to size. No trimming. The arch placement is perfect, and I liked that I could order the arch height directly in correlation to my foot issues. I have flat feet and the arch isn't too high to where it hurts my feet as others have been. The price was also good! I love these and plan to keep wearing them!
These insoles have been very effective in reducing foot and knee/leg pain. I had tried PowerSteps before, but the results weren't very impressive. I have flat feet, and bought the regular Pinnacle insoles before. This time though, I got the "Low" version. It made a huge difference. I recommend the Low version Pinnacles if you have flat feet.
They felt really good and helped with the pain in my feet especially having to stand/walk around all day at work. Only problem is I use men's wide shoes so my toes kept going over the side edge of them. Otherwise they were great just wish you could do wide.
Hi, The inserts are great however I ordered these when you were running a 20% promo. After giving all my information and clicking the buy button I realized that I forgot to enter the promo code. I sent an email to customer service but apparently too late. Had they refunded my card the 20% you would have had a life long customer as the orthotics really work.
I got these primarily because my new orthopedic doctor recommended them. I've used many different brands in the last fifty years and some were better than others. Now that my feet are over 70 years old and I'm still active, I need comfort and support. After using these for about three weeks, they do help somewhat with my pronation but I would enjoy more cushioning in the other areas. I fully recognize that the shoes are as important as the insoles, and I do use pretty good running shoes. Other than the help with pronation, the best thing I like about these is the significant veteran discount :+1:
