I was recently diagnosed with RA and had the hardest time being on my feet for more than 30 minutes a day. I was always in so much pain at the end of the day my podiatrist recommended these and within the first wear I was able to be on my feet all day. I know it sounds silly to say this about shoe inserts, but they truly gave me my life back!

I bought the Power Step Protect Full length Orthotic on the recommendation of my Podiatrist and I am glad I did. I was having Plantar faciitis pain, heel pain and achilles tendon irritation. These help relieve all of those issues.

These work!

Roger April 26, 2026

Have used this brand in the past, they are the best I have found or could use. Cost more than most others but you get what you pay for. These work so these I use, stop spending money on ones that do not work.

These made a big difference. I have terribly flat feet which, after walking or even standing my lower legs start hurting really bad. With these, my feet and legs don't hurt like they used to.

Working as advertised

These orthotics inserts have helped to relieve my plantars fasciitis in about 2 weeks. Very comfortable, great fit, and got me back out on the golf course quickly.

Really glad I have these inserts now. My hokas already felt great, but now I feel like I'm waking on air now!

very good, but not quite same as old one.

Malcolm B. August 12, 2025

had the same item for several years, and it supported my feet just right. the mold on the one I just received is slightly different, catching my arch a little off. close enough so i will get used to it and it will help give support i need, but had hoped for more perfect fit.

After my doctor recommended this, and the cost of them, I thought they would help with hammer toe pain. But, after 3 hours on my feet, the pain was just as bad, as if I wasn't even using them. If I had kept the box, I would be trying to return for refund. DON'T waste your money.

My podiatrist recommended stiff, supportive shoes and these inserts to help alleviate pain in the bottom of my foot; likely due to metatarsitis and plantar fasciitis. I have been wearing the shoes and inserts for 2 weeks and the pain in my feet is worse than ever! Am I doing something wrong or is there a break-in period? If so, the website and labeling could use some work, and if not, these do not help ease foot pain!

Very uncomfortable. These were recommended by my podiatrist. I spent 60. 00 on them and my feet hurt worse after using. I immediately cancelled next appointment with this new Dr and threw the inserts in the garbage.
