I am very happy with my PowerStep Pulse Performance insoles. I am a personal trainer and therefore spend many hours on my feet. I struggle with lower back pain after standing on my feet for about 2 hours. But since I began wearing the PowerStep Pulse insoles, my lower back pain is significantly reduced. My lower back still gets tight, but it's after 4 or so hours rather than pan after 2 hours.

My son and I have very flat feet, with no arch at all. Our orthopedic doctor recommended insoles. I've tried many brands before, but after researching various sources, I decided to try Powerstep. My son adjusted in few days to accepted the insoles. We love it

Put them in my basketball shoes and was worries cause they looked alot bigger then the stock insoles but nope they felt great. Legs didn't ache like normal and no issues with my feet. Didn't even have to cut them to fit my size 14s

I did a lot of research before choosing these orthotics & I am very pleased with them. I've already purchased 2, bought a pair for my partner, sent info to a friend who purchased 2 & continue to refer others!

Recommended by my sons physical therapist. They have helped alot in walking and building strength after two reconstructive knee surgeries. A great deal and was quick getting them to us.

Bought them to help my plantar fasciitis so that I can get back on the pickleball court. Have played 3 times so far in them after having not played for 6 months. So far, my feet haven't given me any problems. Hopefully, it will stay that way. But at the moment, I"m giving these 5 stars.

My son has had these for about a month, and so far, so good. He preferred these over the previous inserts he had, which are also good inserts! We followed the guidelines and directions for determining which inserts and size he needed. When they arrived and we ut them in his shoes, it was an immediate YES!

This certainly takes some pressure off the hammer toe deformity but is not an all-day solution. Like all Power Step insoles, it is mostly comfortable.

These are helpful but I have to wear shoes with a wide toe box. These are narrow and so my toes slip and slide all over from the insert to the bottom of the shoe where the gap is. I wish they'd make a wider toe box option. Most feet are not the shape of this insert!

There is no way that these are legit insoles for correcting foot pain. I bought both the full length insole and the shorter insoles based on the website's recommendation, at least the mid length insole was a good purchase, because the full length insole was like throwing money into a fire.
