I'll give them 5 stars, although they are between 4-5. I have had these before. They hold up well, I put about 40k miles on my last set. I replaced just the rotors and pads last time. The pads were about 50% down when I replaced the pads and rotors. The rotors were still in good shape but a bit rusted. So I can say that this setup lasted. I have a 2005 Ford F250 SD and tow a travel trailer. I can't say they are so noticeably better than OEM for stopping power but they work well for sure. My OEM calipers were extremely rusted this time so I decided to bite the big price tag bullet and buy the whole kit with the calipers. I really like the powder coated calipers, although you will find some overspray in places where you have to remove the paint such as bolt holes, the rubber seals on the pistons look solid and the overall workmanship looks to be good. Hard to say 5 stars for anything because nothing is perfect but these are worth in my experience the price and between 4-5 stars. Oh and once installed, they look great.
