Nice powered cover. Only one I found that fits GMC carbon pro bed. Easy installation. Could use an upgrade for the drain tubes.

This is my second electric tonneau cover and is a much improved version of my previous model. The installation instructions were clear and I have a fairly waterproof system. There were some issues with the installation, such as: 1. the early instructions indicated not to power up the unit until it was completed, however, the integral braking requires power to unlock and unroll the unit (during installation) to check alignment; 2. The canister braces included as a supplement in the instructions have insufficient screws for plastic threads; 3. The remote fob requires button depression at all times during cycling. I would prefer a simple button push for full open or close.

It secures your bed from prying eyes and sticky fingers. I just wished it was a little more waterproof.

I love the cover. Was easy to install and easy to line up properly. I don't like the way you had to get the instructions but the real issue was that the order was missing some bolts, nuts and lock washers. 2 of the larger size and one of the smaller size. Had to go to the Hardwear store to get some so I could finish. Other than that the product is great and runs as it should with no hang ups on the tracks.

I am disappointed in this cover. I paid extra money for this compared to the one I typically buy. The roll up and unroll is jerky. You have to hold the remote the entire time to roll and unroll. I had my Ford dealer install this one because I was out of town. I had scratches on the top of the slats from the first time I rolled it up. Yesterday I completely disassembled the cover to find my second remote. Inside the slat coil inside the canister! This is my last Retrax Cover. I hope it last the four years I intend to keep my pickup. See photo's I took before and during finding the remote. DIDNT FIT WHEN WE WERE ASSURED IT WOULD. GIANT WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

First time I ordered from Amazon it came broken second time with Amazon. So I Decided to go and buy through Real Track. Came in we installed and it would only work halfway and it will get stuck called the real truck. Spoke to Tech and told me there was no fixed to return it, and now waiting for my refund.
