We had a weak stabilizer that broke after the first flight. I know this can happen any product you buy, but loved how easily I contacted their customer service and how helpful they were. They provided a phone number, there was no wait time and said they would send me a replacement for free. We are excited to try it again!

Power Up 2.0 airplanes are great and fun! They fly for 30 seconds. That's a long time! For example, I threw the plane and it went to the end of my hallway. Power Up 2.0 airplanes are great. First of all I threw it and it went very high. It actually hit the ceiling! Power Up 2.0 airplanes are really fun! The battery pack fits on almost any plane! You can build anything and the motor will still work. This helps you to be really creative!

My daughter bought this for me for Christmas. It was a lot of fun trying it out together. It took some tweaking to get it right, but then it would stay up in the air for a few minutes at a time. Unfortunately, it stopped working after a few uses, but I contacted the company and they quickly replaced it without any hassle. I got the replacement, and it works great!

Followed instructions and watched the videos and the plane didn't fly. Crash landed every time. Also, propellers are cheap plastic and so when the plan crashed on the soft grass, they broke easily.

Did not work. My grandson used his savings to buy this. A disappointment.
