Annoyed they sell you the air fryer as well as the racks and the rotisserie shaft, forks %26 screws but they leave out the skewer rack thing needed for roattion. Otherwise pretty happy.

I really liked this airfryer at first. It comes with extra shelves that can go in the dishwasher for cleaning. It also comes with a catch pan at the bottom and a removable door to make for easy cleaning. With two teenager in my house this was great. About six to eight weeks of using the door handle came off on one side. Leaving a screw point sticking out. My husband fixed it but within a couple of days it was falling apart and within a couple weeks the other side had fallen off and the handle itself was falling apart. I reached out to see if I could purchase just the door again and have been waiting for several weeks with no reply. Right now someone in my family gets poked by a screw tip probably once a week as there is just two large screw tips poking out in the middle of the door. Also since there is no handle getting the door open is pretty hard. My husband will either have to make a whole new handle, or I'll have to repurchase a new airfryer. Either way I would not recommend this product long term with no customer support

I don’t like the cooking trays- they are very hard to clean and everything sticks to them -even if using spray

This item is cheap plastic. Broke within 3 months of buying it. Handle shattered into pieces. Company said I could pay to ship it to them to review. For the price I’d pay for shipping I can buy another one. And that’s what I’ll do. Buy another brand. Poor quality. Poor customer service. Should have read reviews and that’s my fault.

The box arrived damaged when I opened it, it seemed used, it had scratches and bumps, very poor quality of the product for the price.
