This will control my ps5, but will not let me play ps5 games. i can play ps4 games on it. but when trying ps5 it tells me this is a ps4 shock controller. not happy

website advertisement says that this controller is for a ps5. when you go to connect it it says that it's for a PS3 or a PS4 only there is no option to connect to a PS5

This remote does not work for all PlayStation 5 games and now I'm just told that it's not a brand name controller so I wind up buying two and did not know that I cannot play all of my games on my PlayStation 5 with these controllers I can't send them back because I no longer have the boxes that they came in so tell me what should I do

doesn't work for 2 player games on PS5 not all color doesn't change to multicolor or has clear instructions on how to interchange color

does not work
Did not charge. Wouldn't do nothing when plugged into ps5 just a white light. Usb drive would only blink red on pc but not on ps5. Usb drive would not connect to my pc
