It gives my home such a nice cozy feel to it. It dried rather quickly and I was pleased that the scent was not insanely overpowering, and dissipated pretty fast.

My experience with yellow painted wall require at least two coats of new paint sometimes three. The product covered in one coat. As a professional painter I would recommend it to anyone who can swing a brush.

It's so smooth and the finish was fantastic. Cleanup was super easy. Just took soap and water. Drying time was about an hour for first coat and I gave it 2 onn2nd coat. I loved the texture and thickness of the paint. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been repainting all of our bedroom and bathroom doors and the washroom door. So in total we have painted 4 so far and have 3 more left to go. One coat and no streaking. These doors had markings from pens and pencils,crayons and feet smudges. Now they look new again after being here for 40 years. A lot better than buying new doors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color. It's gray with a light blue tint. It has great coverage and I only did 1 coat along the ceiling, windows, baseboards and doors. The walls I did 2 coats. For some reason if I did 2 coats along the edges, it didn't match with the 2 coats on the wall. Overall it was coverage and it covered the previous just fine with no primer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Valspar Pro-Hide Gold Ultra, self-priming paint in the middle of winter. Normally painting projects wait until the spring and summer months for a variety of reasons. I cannot attest to the overall application or performance of this product. I painted a test area in my laundry/mud room where it will be going in a few months. Coverage and paint consistency is very good. It is going over a similar shade. I would expect that more coats could be needed if you are covering a much different/darker color. This is a Zero VOC paint!

The paint and primer in one is so much easier and less time consuming that having to apply each separately. Some odor, but a cracked window and fan helped that a lot, as I am sensitive to paint smells.
