Great value!
In love. I started lifting weights in January and definetely needed to increase the weight of my dumbbells. It gets expensive to buy dumbells for every weight increase, not to mention the space they take. This adjustable dumbbells are genious. They are very easy to use even for a beginner like me. There are several youtube videos that explain how to use them well.

buy at your own risk
buy at your own risk. right out of the box i started testing the different weight settings and when i got to 33lb one of the weights fell off the bar immediately and just barely missed my foot. i thought maybe it wasn't set in right or maybe shipping caused it to unalign, but it was not the case. i put the plate back on and put it back in the stand, rotated it through the various weight settings to make sure it was lined back up and after the first curl the same plate fell right off. I've tried it 6 times now and after trying all weight settings the same plate plus one other falls off every time. i recommend spending a bit more for a higher quality brand
