PRCTZ 25lb Rubber Encased Hex Dumbbell Pair

Great packaging!!ordered February 5 and arrived February 16. There was no tire smell/odor that the reviews proclaimed. Btw this is my very first review I've ever done lol and that's sayin much. Plus it's very low price compared to other sellers during this covid times.

I have been working out regularly on my exercise bike and treadmill, but I needed some help tightening my arms. These PRCTZ dumbbells are the perfect weight for me. I like that they have a hexagon shape. I can put them away on a shelf without the worry of them rolling. The rubber ends do a great job protecting my wood floors. I like they PRCTZ offers a wide range of sizes so that I can purchase heavier weights as I advance. Great quality and well made dumbbells at a nice price!

This pair of 8lbs each rubber encased dumbbells have a good grip on the bars making handling and holding onto easy while building up that sweat during my workouts! This is my first set of the rubber encased and I have to say I like them so much better helps when putting them down and seems more durable to the quality of them! They resemble those at the gym and are prefect to add to your exercise workouts!

I like these hex dumbbells because they are a nice weight, feel really solid while using them, and have a really great grip. I like that the ends are rubber-encased so that they don't mark up any surface where I would set them (the floor, the table, etc.) and between the hexagon shape and the rubberized ends, there is literally no way these bad boys are rolling out from under me when I switch up my moves. I think these are a great quality and I plan to add more sizes into my set- they'll really come in handy for different exercises!

These rubberized hex dumbbells are great. I love that the rubberized ends don't scratch my floor, and the handles are very comfortable to hold. The 8 lbs is a great starter weight for a weakling like me, but I plan on getting the higher weights as these Get too easy. I can't really think of anything that would make them better. The rubber on the ends seems very sturdy and I don't see it coming off anytime soon, within reasonable use.

I was finding it hard to get dumbbells for a decent price and everything was sold out. So I went to Walmart.com and put in an email for stock alerts. Few days ago the alert came in and I ordered 4 pairs, a 10, 15, 20 and 25. They were packed in not 1, not 2 but 3 cardboard boxes and was in excellent condition. For about $170 I have 4 pairs for a total of 140 lbs. Just over $1.20 per pound and that was absolutely the cheapest I could find anywhere. Now they're sold out again.

Ok, these are amazing and the best price Ive found but the SMELL these things put out is absolutely vile. It smells like stale cigarettes that have been sitting in water. Thats the best way to describe them. This is my second set, the first ones smelled as well, but not as bad as these. I know eventually the smell will go away but its really brutal. Otherwise they are fantastic

Nice weights for a great price. The new smell is awful though and lingered in our home for days. Smelt like cigarettes!! Finally had genius idea to set them on deck overnight on the 5th day and they aired out. Be mindful of smell but honestly its worth buying for the excellent price and fast delivery!

The weight itself is nice; good grip, awesome price given the prices of some weights currently. However, the smell is AWFUL. As soon as they came out of the box, all I could smell was almost like cigarette smoke. Each time Im done using them, I have to air them outside because the room will start to smell in the area that they are sitting in

These dumbbells are normal and functional in the grip and weight. However, the dye on the rubber coated weights comes off and leaves a stain. We had a light-colored workout rug and everywhere we placed these weights, it left a dark brown-like stain. As soon as we noticed this, I spray cleaned them with a mild cleanser and a white cloth. The cloth turned dark brown where I cleaned. Even after they dried, I could still get some color off of this rubber with a paper towel. We don't want to use them on this light-colored workout rug, but we shouldn't have to clean the carpet (the stains don't come out well) when we use them.
