[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ab Wheel really does the job it is very easy to switch directions for storing and the knee pad is a life saver my Abs are getting a serious work out I started out slow and I'm glad I did because it works all your muscles and it is so compact and it comes with a stopper so you can adjust how far out you go which is a real help as I am out of shape and it rolls very smooth wit it's rubber wheels

The wheels are bigger than some of the ab rollers I have used and I really like that. I also love the idea of a break. It is nice for working up to harder movements. This is definitely a great addition to my home gym! I recommend this for anyone needing a good challenge for their abs!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just when I thought I got myself a new workout tool, my boys in my immediate family all ended up using it daily and really loved it! It's very light, super easy to use, and very effective. The only thing I would change about this ab wheel is to make it easier when moving to the sides. I constantly have to move it when I want to go to the sides versus sliding it with a wheel. I see positive results in just using it a week. The knee pad is helpful especially on hard wood floors and the wheel slides well. The wheel also easily twists to be stowed away and takes very little space. No maintenance required for this exercise unit which is always a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally a company has done something to change an old school way of working out your core. In the past I used an old school one wheel roller and it's always super uncomfortable, especially the grips. This rollwr has two small wheels which makes it easier to store, and it has a locking handlebar which further reduces the footprint when not in use. The grips or more comfortable and the two small roller wheels seem smoother. It also came with a “brake” which you can use when you don't need or want full extension, and most importantly it comes with a padded knee pad which helps a lot!

Great buy! Stuck at home with a hurt foot, this allows me to work on my abs and back. Love that the handles can be moved making it compact. I'll take it with me on travels. PS. As the wheels are in line, my muscles have to work harder to keep it ‘on track' and balanced. Haven't tried it yet, but the backstop should help me stop when I try to push pass my limit to increase my core strength.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to keep my core strong and I don't have time to hit the gym or do a bunch of crunches at home in the summer time so I got this ab roller. I had no idea if it would even work for me but upon trying it for the first time, and only the 10 times I rolled on it made my abs sore for 3 days. I would say if used regularly it could definitely help tighten up some flab in my lower abdominal area from losing a bunch of weight. The only issues I see really are the handle has no grips is hard plastic and is quite uncomfortable, and that's kind of a big deal for me. I guess I can wear my gym gloves to use it but I don't want to have to. Also, I don't really see the point of the brake wedge thing unless you really get riproaring on this thing. I don't know that my knees would allow that. That brings me to the knee pad included: it's a nice touch, definitely. I'll use this a few times a week for sure.
