Item was delivered a little late, but it was during holiday season and shipped from Texas so being late was not surprising. It came all in one heavy box, which I was surprised about, but there was no damage to any of the parts (like other reviewers had a problem with). It all went together easily (tools provided) and it works well, very solid. I am very happy with it.

This thing is a beast! It's heavy duty to the max and super versatile. I love the pull up bar variety and find the various angles to be just what I want. I'm a little clunky on the dip bars but I am getting better with them over time. They are closer than I am used to but not restrictive. They are made in such a manner that they don't hurt if I bang into the end. The whole cage bolts together in about 15 minutes. I skipped the provided wrench and used a socket set. I've added a bench and Olympic bar to my setup to get the most out of it. I can do squats now without endangering myself (or my floor). This is a great addition to any home gym. It's well made and heavy duty. Some of the welds aren't the cleanest I've ever seen but they are solid and consistent. It's the function that matters here, more so than the appearance.

Works fine for my purposes. Fits my 2" uprights. Good value for the price.

The base of the cage isn't quite like others, it could use another stabilizing bar in my opinion. The posts are not standard thickness so if you want to buy other attachments you'll have you pay attention. For the price of what this is it's great. Pre-covid I would see this selling for $150 post-covid it's a steal at $200.

The PRCTZ Deluxe Adjustable Power cage has many moving parts. The heavy-duty main frame is made from high-quality steel tubing, and designed to support a maximum user weight of 1000 lbs. The maximum total weight is 2500 lbs. I used house hold tools like a rachet and wrenches to put this power cage together. It took me about three hours all by myself. The many moving parts seemed daunting at first. However, once everything was built; I saw the complete picture. This power cage is a full-body workout machine allowing me to perform a variety of upper and lower body workouts. For example, the multi-grip pull bar is great for traditional pull-ups with a wide grip and close grip. Furthermore, the two dip bar attachments are great for traditional dips, or mix it up and use it for pushups and triceps workouts. Above all, the solid steel power cage has a H-shape designed for comfort and stability for maximum safety. Speaking of safety, I was confident doing squats and bench presses because this power cage included four J-Hooks with additional safety bars. I definitely recommend this product.

Let me give ya the run down… the 1st pic is of the J hooks… this one comes with 2 of them!!! It also has a dip station, right and left safety bars (so you can safely lift weights without a spotter) and a pull up bar (to work your back, shoulders, and arms)… Also, when you're done figuring out which one you would like to buy first (there are many different version, some have more, etc), if you want to see it in action, you can go look up the videos and watch them… even if you're tired of the same old routines, check out other exercises you might be able to do … :) Can ya tell I really like this??? I'm injured right now, so I'm using this Power Cage to get back to my usual self, and I'm very impressed on how easy it was to put together and even better… how easy it is to use it… Also, don't forget that you can buy additional products for this Power Cage, like a bench and weights, and add whatever strength exercise equipment you want… it has additional pegs for other items or to adjust heights on existing products, more J hooks, etc… Okay so, the only bad thing about this product is it came shipped to me with an important part bent and no one has gotten back to me about the broken part yet, but I wanted to mention that this product is heavy, came in one box, and the box wasn't a box anymore, a lot of pieces are scratched and dented on it, and the postman could only get it to the sidewalk, as it was held together by packing tape… one of the dents changes how it can be put together, and therefore mine isnt safe yet… make sure this is fixed before you buy, and this is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5 stars… if the shipping was fixed, it would get a full 5 stars!!! I just love this Power Cage!!!

Awful. I placed the order and it came in good time but immediately I noticed the package was damaged and then when I go to assemble it I'm missing half of the bolts screws and washers along with some of the actual machine, the assembly pieces were ripped open and splattered across the whole package, and it's covered with dents. I now have to repackage it and ship it back to get another one. Which hopefully won't be missing as many pieces
