I've been using this preworkout for about a month. I drink it about an hour before and start working out once I feel the tingling feeling. I think it's helped a lot with motivation while working out. I don't feel as exhausted while working out and I've been having my most successful burst of consistency working out that I've achieved. The mix tastes good. Between unflavored whey protein and creatine, it's nice to have some supplement that I actually enjoy drinking. I'll keep buying this and would recommend it.

The Non-stim Pre is definitely a game changer. Helped me get off all the caffeinated garbage and provides me with the necessities while still using MY own true strength. No dependency means my gains and abilities still stand without it, unlike the feeling from caffeinated preworkout formulas.

I work out first thing in the morning since that's the only way I can fit the time into my days. I needed something that would help me not fall off while working out in a fasted state. I also needed something that was not going to tear up my empty stomach. This completely nails it.

I like that this pre-workout doesn't have the high levels of caffeine other pre-workout supplements contain. And there is no sodium in PRE as in other pre-workouts. The taste was unusual at first but it only took a couple times of use to adjust to. I would love to see a written explanation of what the ingredients are and why they were included in the blend.
