I just started taking these supplements, but they are not too big or bad tasting, and hopefully the results will be good. I have not had any negative side effects.
Have been taking it for a while and it tastes ok. Trying so we'll see if it works. The only downside is you have to take it 3 times a day with a meal.
Product seems to produce what it is suppose to. I've tried other brands and haven't gotten the same results as with this brand. It is more costly but does at least seem to work.
