this is a great machine,fast and sturdy....great price. unfortunately it was for my husband who needed a windows based device to run his tuner studio and because this chromebook is based on google chrome ,he could not run his program....other than that it is a great machine for anyone else

Cord loose. Keeps falling out of computer

It was very hard to use the mouse. Love that the screen folded back but overall seemed really old like 2003 type of computer. You pay for what you get and I needed this asap for business but I still didn't figure this. I couldn't even print. Maker sure your devices are compatible. Will be returning mines

Was working and ably to charge. Than stopped charging. Contacted GigHarbor they asked is it showing not charging? Replied yes. Crickets. Contacted Walmart Customer service they sent email to seller stating you will be contacted in 48 hours. Crickets. Contacted Walmart Customer Service again same email sent to seller. Crickets. I can't return cause without ability to charge battery and Powerwash personal data I won't return. Told Walmart look at YOUR customer reviews with this Market Place seller and ask yourself this question why are they allowed to sell bad products using your well known name.

When I was looking for a laptop I saw this one and it was a really good deal but that was only price wise because when I received it it had no programs at all so sad because on the image that I found it at and then I purchased it from that showed it had programs on the screen so I'm very disappointed and I will be returning it soon

I purchased this Acer Chromebook because at the time I thought my other laptop and broken and would not take a charge. I was low on money and I had very few options otherwise I would have chosen a different computer. this computer when it works it works very well. however, working well is not it's intended outcome on a regular basis. like I look at this computer and it gets scared so it freezes I don't have to touch it and it will freeze it'll restart in the middle of a task for a computer that is refurbished it was poorly done. the computer that it was supposed to replace is a refurbished machine also but when it actually charges it continues to function well so it's not about being refurbished it's about machine that is just not worth the money I paid for it.

When I received this from Walmart it did not work at all it had scratches all over the bottom and a name etched in it. I ordered another one from Amazon and it was perfect. I will not be ordering from Walmart again.
