No scratches or anything that I can see, really happy with the buy! Even came with a charger, wish it came with a screen protector but that's asking for too much. Would buy from here again!

Second one I've bought for 2 different kids and love love them from the same carrier and mine a year or two was purchased from them. I love this company they never disappoint me

Top notch it is a bit complicated connecting FaceTime and messages to your device but besides that it works perfect and is brand new with no complains

I was pleasantly surprised as I unboxed the iPad, I was prepared for scratches and other blemishes, however it looked brand new, a bit of “dirt” in some places mostly around the buttons. Highly recommend

My tablet came quick and it look like a new iPad straight from Apple. I want expecting to get it so dim either I ordered it Friday May2nd and got it May 3rd. Technically speaking it looks amazing as well battery is 96% and everything is in working order!

Fired right up and no scratches or signs of being referbished..got it for my granddaughter's 10th bday, and was easy to transfer her apps and and use fluidly between devices. Will purchase more devices from here in the future for sure if this one works out for a while!

I have been working about 7 days trying to go back and forth with AppleCare to get the FaceTime working on an iPad. I would have assumed the FaceTime would be the most popular feature and it will work automatically unfortunately this is not the case

Understanding that it is an old version I knew it would not be updated I just did not realize it cannot be updated further. I hope this does not stop being useful. Easy to set up using my iPhone.

So I got the first one the battery didn't hold charge I asked for a replacement and now this one won't charge. I just want one that actually works and I get use out of it!

They sold me an iPad with a activation lock on it my daughter can't even use it and since I created her a iCloud I can't use it because they haven't sent me an actual invoice of the iPad so I can send it to Apple
