The size is comfortable and is light weight also. Slim and sleek you have everything you need in the palm of your hands. Not too difficult to adjust to if new with iPhone user and phone is very handy. I received mine in very good condition y the looks of it. I just don't understand why it took so long to activate

Getting a phone that is now on the older end of iPhones, I was shocked that it actually worked quite flawlessly. I thought the charging port was going, but here it was just the cord that was sent with the phone. Very satisfied!

Came quickly. Not as excellent as described, had a few scratches on screen, around sides and back but new Otterbox hides/covers them and battery was at 72% capability not the 80% stated. However, when I took to Best Buy to install new battery ($75) they broke screen and replaced for me! Other than that, everything good.

I love the phone and I'm so grateful but I didn't see in the prescription where it said the speaker on top would be a little off. I was a bit disappointed because I chose this one since the other option had a broken speaker but I hear okay it's just low.

The iPhone arrived in good cosmetic condition with noticeable signs of use; however, the camera and everything else is in perfect working order. It doesn't have a replaced screen, but the image indicated it could have up to 80% battery, and the iPhone arrived with 78%.

Phone arrived in condition expected. However, upon adding it to my Apple Acct was notified the Battery and Display needed : Restart & Finish Repair. Have attempted this twice and have not been successful at resolving this. Have sent a message asking for a solution. Hope to get a response offering how to remedy or will be returning the phone. I have purchased from you before without issues and hope to find an agreeable resolution with the least amount of frustration and delay on this purchase. Refund, return or send a replacement.

I bought this phone from Walmart.com and when I had it activated I found out it had been suspended. Which means this phone has been reported stolen at one point in time. I do not think it is fare to me the customer to buy a refurbished phone and not be able to use it correctly. It only works on WiFi.

We received an empty box and Walmart refuses to do anything to rectify the situation not even filing a claim with the shipping company because they say the seller has to do that. Beware Walmart will not take responsibility for an item they sell and ship.

I’m about to make a return shipment and the cause is because every so often the screen just goes to random things and I’ve tried to hard reset it but even then it just goes to random apps, also in certain areas of the screen it doesn’t work because when I want to press certain things it does nothing. The only thing that’s great is the sound and the cameras

The phone I got has internal issues and Apple told me to send it back. I only had the phone for 4 days before it started having problems. Couldn’t call out o after a week. Do not buy third party refurbished.
