I was pleasantly shocked and surprised when I received my iPhone 12 Pro. The phone is several years old in 2026, yet my new device arrived in mint condition, and promptly no less. Works great and no problems, a beautiful device, and a quarter of the price paid in full. Definitely would be happy to do business this way again, and buying eBay certified refurbished gets me an extended warranty at no charge. It's a win win. Very pleased.

I've had this refurbished iPhone 12 for about a month, and everything seems to work as if it were purchased new. Battery holds charge, facial recognition is a huge plus, and I love this phone. Plus the price was I expensive, highly recommend this product.

This phone has been good so far. The edges of the phone arrived quite dinged up which is why I gave it 4 stars but you can't see that with the case on and the screen and everything seams fine so far. I have only had it for a few days but hopefully it will continue to work great!

I finally upgraded my trusty old iphone 7 with a nicely-refurbished iphone 12. I am retired- and don't need the latest or greatest phone, (I've never taken a selfie in my life- and lots of people should follow my lead) so this was a good affordable option for me.

Could be in better overall shape and a new battery should have been installed. That said, it works well and I had very little trouble getting it working. All apps and data transferred with no problems. It's a good upgrade from my old iPhone 10.

It works but I guess the camera is not from Apple.

There's a weird buzzing like noise that happens sometimes when I open the cameras. It doesn't impede function but it scares me. Also there's this weird green colored dot that appears on my screen sometimes that looks like it's a light behind the screen. Not sure what to make of it.
