I was pleasantly shocked and surprised when I received my iPhone 12 Pro. The phone is several years old in 2026, yet my new device arrived in mint condition, and promptly no less. Works great and no problems, a beautiful device, and a quarter of the price paid in full. Definitely would be happy to do business this way again, and buying eBay certified refurbished gets me an extended warranty at no charge. It's a win win. Very pleased.

I've had this refurbished iPhone 12 for about a month, and everything seems to work as if it were purchased new. Battery holds charge, facial recognition is a huge plus, and I love this phone. Plus the price was I expensive, highly recommend this product.

This is the first time I'm highly satisfied with the warranties that came with my phone and the charger and wall connecter. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Could be in better overall shape and a new battery should have been installed. That said, it works well and I had very little trouble getting it working. All apps and data transferred with no problems. It's a good upgrade from my old iPhone 10.

This phone has been good so far. The edges of the phone arrived quite dinged up which is why I gave it 4 stars but you can't see that with the case on and the screen and everything seams fine so far. I have only had it for a few days but hopefully it will continue to work great!

I finally upgraded my trusty old iphone 7 with a nicely-refurbished iphone 12. I am retired- and don't need the latest or greatest phone, (I've never taken a selfie in my life- and lots of people should follow my lead) so this was a good affordable option for me.

There's a weird buzzing like noise that happens sometimes when I open the cameras. It doesn't impede function but it scares me. Also there's this weird green colored dot that appears on my screen sometimes that looks like it's a light behind the screen. Not sure what to make of it.

Very pleased with my phone and the amount of time that it took to get to me was very sharp. The only thing is it does not stay charged very long and I cannot get it to fully charge unless I charge it for a very long time.

I am very disappointed with this phone. The battery life is terrible it only stands for 1 hour after being fully charged, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally the call quality is poor; I can't hear anything unless I put the call on speaker. This makes the phone nearly unusable for regular calls. I expected much better performance and quality from this device, and I highly dissatisfied with this purchase.

The seller, Vovoya Inc., sold me an Iphone 12 pro for just under $400 after tax. It was on the verge of exploding when I received it, extremely dangerous. They said it was fully checked and considered to be in “good and perfect functioning condition.” When I received this iphone, it had many issues. The smallest being every side was bent or scuffed, there was a circular part of the screen that didn't function and was permanently green, and the side of the screen wasn't connected to the phone on the bottom of one side. I decided to bite my tongue, till later the same day I received the phone it started shutting off over and over and was no longer useable. Within the next day of my little by little deleting my information, I realized the screen had lifted even more when someone pointed out that means the battery is swelling and working on exploding. They sold me an Iphone on the verge of explosion and claimed it was in “good condition.” Not even a functioning phone, and extremely dangerous if I hadn't noticed and gotten the phone outside.
