Works amazing very simple process to put it on made it so easy would buy more

Arrived in good condition. Battery issues have always been a problem with Apple and updates, so we will see. The 18.2 update messed up my previous phone, which was fine until the update. And now after the newest update on this new refurbished phone the battery is reading the same max capacity being 78%.

I bought a pre-owned iPhone 13 during a Black Friday deal, and while the price was great, I have some concerns. The phone was quite warm during the first use, which worried me, though it may just be due to setup. Also, I couldn't access the warranty, which is unsettling for a pre-owned device. On the plus side, the phone is in excellent condition and works well, but I'd recommend ensuring the warranty is transferable before purchasing.

love the phone. but was sent a phone with a refurbished battery that was not an apple battery for that phone. so it would not charge and would randomly shut down like the battery was drained. and constant notifications about battery replacement bot being a specific apple iphone battery.

Phone arrived in condition expected. However, upon adding it to my Apple Acct was notified the Battery and Display needed : Restart & Finish Repair. Have attempted this twice and have not been successful at resolving this. Have sent a message asking for a solution. Hope to get a response offering how to remedy or will be returning the phone. I have purchased from you before without issues and hope to find an agreeable resolution with the least amount of frustration and delay on this purchase. Refund, return or send a replacement.

My phone came with a camera that does not work, I took it to apple to see if they can fix it and they can but it will be around $200. I'm not willing to pay this seeing as it's almost the amount I spent on the phone. I'm unpleasantly surprised because I do take a lot of pictures on my phone and use the camera a lot. Sadly I was unable to contact customer service because it was on a Saturday. I will contact on Monday with the hopes of being able to get my phone fixed or traded out to resolve this issue:( these are pictures I took with my phone:

The ad indicated it would have NO scrapes on the screen. My came with a screen protector that was hiding the scrapes under it.

lots of scratches on the screen and body. Red color is showing white dots in on the top. Better price and good one valuable in Amazon and FB market place.

lThe phone they sold me started falling apart 6 months in and didn't last a year before the screen was popping out of it and battery was dropping from 80% to 10%. Waste of money, don't do it.

Phone would never turn on received on a weekend so I didn't reach out to seller until Monday and instead of helping or offering a refund he asked if we dropped the phone. I had only taken it out of box and plugged it in. When it didn't turn on I placed it back in the box. Not getting the help I need and seller isn't responding to emails. Spent 400.00 the phone is beat up and in horrible condition when that is not what the description said.
