The phone works as good as new. It came at a great price. I have to tell you that this was my second phone purchase from Walmart. My first still works perfectly. I bought the second one for my son and he loves it. I recommend that anyone looking for a decent fully functional phone at a great price,to purchase it from Walmart.

The camera has like a grayish shade and camera doesn't works as well you have to reset it for it to work and when someone calls or when you call the person can't hear you so then you have to reset it again it's just a lot dont buy it just buy a none refurbished phone

This phone was said to be 100% refurbished and fully functional. The battery barely last half a day if I use it at all. If I put it on speaker phone during a call no one can understand what I am saying. This has been a horrible purchase. I pulled up the item details and it says one year warranty. The seller Noble Planet said that was written by another distributor and they warranty is only 90 days. Walmart needs to make sure they get everyone on the same page. I guess its ok to sell a bad product and then not back up the warranty that was posted. I would not have bought the phone if it did not say it had a warranty. I hope some one contacts me about this.

The phone is literally covered in dirt. It has huge gouge on the back has scratches on the face. Worst part is the customer service doesn't want to take it back. They are giving problems about it. It's supposed to be refurbished should look like someone dug thier old phone from under the seat of thier car slaped it in a box. Really reflects on the ever f a iling standards of the phone network

One of the two phones only lasted two months. Had it checked out and said it wasnt worth fixing. Would not recommend these to anyone. Plus it was scratched on the body when received them.

I bought this phone as gift to my nephew, I thought I am buying a good deal but a big regret! They send me a locked phone! It says unlocked but I am very mad when I went to my provider it says locked and have to call the other provider to unlocked.. I almost threw the phone! Not worth it to buy! And the battery is bad!!!

I am very unhappy with the iphone I have bought. It does not work and says it is a unlock phone and say it needs a update before data are calls and text can be used. Well that means it was a worthless iphone 7 i was sold. Why sale a phone you know won't work it's left me in a spot i can not get the straight talk min refundee and now have a phone that can only be used as a paper weight are find a apple store and I'm disable. I hope this helps others before they make the same mistake

I bought this phone and yes I know it's refurbished but the charger that came with it did not work I've gotten several charges and they haven't worked. the battery hardly works it's getting on my nerves I shouldn't have paid this much money for a phone that barely works and barely holds a charge I'm not happy
