Overall a very good laptop, my favorite laptop I have had so far.

It came with scratches on the bottom part

worked completely fine but is scratched up and dented on front. very bad outer covering

it won't let you get on YouTube or watch Netflix. Not happy with this at all. I know it was refurbished but it was to be as good as new and able to do all of the things that a new computer can do. This was a gift

it's not good it cnt update itself to a newer version bc it's too old %26 it can't run any streaming services. it can really only run imessage %26 barely ft🤦🏽 get u one for 500 already bc wat u pay is wat u get

i didnt like it because it came with alot of scratches and when it came ut didnt come charged so i charged it and in seconds it was 100 percent so i uncharged it and suddenly it died so i charged it again and it was 100 percent again so i uncharged it again and it died so i had to leave it charged just to play games and thats why i didnt like it.

Stopped working after second start up

I tried to update. It crashed. I tried to add the music app- the reason I bought the apple- it spun for about a day a crashed. I would have sent it back if I hadn't waited so long before I used it.
