It said the battery would be higher than 80% which was not the case. It's currently at 78%, which isn't bad, but I was expecting a little higher than that. Other than that there are a few scratches, but mostly on the edges of the screen so it doesn't bother me much.

Worked for 2 months. Then touch screen and speakers stopped working and the time skips every few minutes. I got insurance on it made a claim and sent it in to get fixed when I got it back. Nothing was fixed. I had to make another claim and they are making me send it in again I'm hoping this time it gets fixed. If not, I have a feeling this is going to be a vicious cycle but I will keep you updated.

I was sent the watch and the charger did not work. I had to go into apple and purchase one. And secondly, the bands in my watch don't click when you put them on, so essentially throughout the day I'm adjusting the bands to prevent the actual watch to fall and break!

Your le brochure upon opening says “ it may have cosmetic flaws but the system gos through rigorous and advanced testing to make sure it's 100 percent functional, well my watch doesn't last past 2 maybe come to find out the battery is at 65 percent by settings notification and is under needs serviced

Super bummed, ordered this watch cellular for my elementary kiddo for Christmas. During setup discovered it is not cellular. Will return. Too late to order another on time.

Not in good condition. The screen was EXTREMELY scratched

Had to wait two months for a refund because it was delivered in the wrong place never heard anything back from the owner

I have took very good care of my watch since day one even order a watch cover. The edges started rubbing off and cracking and I haven't even done anything to make them do that. I work in an office and take it off when I get home. Now just looked down this morning after putting it on and I have a crack at the bottom not sure if the screen has been repaired and that's why it's cracking but this is ridiculous.

Battery sucks

The first day I got my watch it was working perfectly fine by the next day. It doesn't even turn on when I put it on the charger. It gets way too hot, but it's not charging and it doesn't keep it charged at all.
