This is my second purchase in my first purchase from another company. The phone indicated it was excellent, but it was damaged upon receipt but when I receive this one, it was exactly as described like new but it absolutely looks like it was fresh off the assembly line.
I bought this refurbished iPhone 12 for my little brother, and I'm honestly impressed with the quality. It looks and performs like a brand-new phone — no scratches, fast setup, and the battery health was excellent right out of the box. The packaging was clean and professional, and everything worked perfectly once we turned it on. For the price, this was an amazing deal. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a reliable refurbished iPhone without the brand-new cost.
Ordered iPhone 12 for my daughter's Christmas present she already had an iPhone but wanted a new one so instead of buying newest models and spending way to much for a 12yr olds phone again, I looked into refurbished. I paid an excellent price and the phone came in excellent condition only tiny little crack at bottom of screen can't even notice u less looking for it shipping was fast also came with cord and charger as well as sim card pin to open sim drawer. Phone works great screen looks vibrant and excellent pictures. I have no idea why the seller had so many bad reviews because my experience so far has been nothing but positive and I'm glad I did not follow the other reviews and look elsewhere.
Wasn't upset with the phones, considering they were a gift and less than $200 each. Battery drains rather quickly, but could be because they are just old? All in all they're good, and work fine minus the fact that sometimes the screen will press things when nothing is being pressed or swiped. Only happens when on phone for a while.
Fast shipping. Box was damaged as if someone tried opening it. So Walmart box and iPhone box need to be more secured. Looks like someone stuck their hand in box and tried checking the phone but saw it was a used iPhone 12 and put in back. I tried to see if it could be done and it could so that's why I think this happened.
I've wanted an Apple Watch for a while and my niece and her girlfriend gave me one for Christmas. At first I thought it was an off brand watch because the box didn't say Apple Watch but when I did my set up for the warranty I realized that it was an Apple Watch. I'm so excited to use it!
Your le brochure upon opening says “ it may have cosmetic flaws but the system gos through rigorous and advanced testing to make sure it's 100 percent functional, well my watch doesn't last past 2 maybe come to find out the battery is at 65 percent by settings notification and is under needs serviced
The refurbished Apple Watch Series 6 dies very quickly. I had charged it during the night and when I had seen it was fully charged I disconnected it from its charger due to the Apple Watch being fully charged so I left it unplugged all night with a full battery. Next thing I know is when I went to put it on in the morning for work the Apple Watch was completely dead. Google says it should hold up to 18hrs but honestly it only lasts like 8hrs. I'm honestly not that satisfied with the Apple Watch if it going to keep dying on me.
After a couple days of the battery not lasting longer than four hours I checked in the settings and it says battery service recommended. I thought this was refurbished? Doesn't that mean the bad parts are replaced. I feel like I wasted money and time on this.
Received the watch with 84% battery health - requiring a charge in 5 hours with nothing (heart rate, etc) turned on in low power mode. Fine, if this was clearly disclosed. Batteries should be replaced at 80% health, so maybe I'll get a couple of months use before buying a new battery/new watch. For the price it may be worthwhile, but I wish that the battery health issue would have been more clearly disclosed.
