It works like brand new .
Came exactly as described. Not in original box but still had windows 10 and the 8 gigs of ram. Only had it about a week but everything is running smoothly. Great purchase for the price.
Fast processing, fast shipping, amazing price (thank you!), %26 item in impeccable condition! The case, screen, components are so new looking and functioning that i have a hard time believing its refurbished instead of brand new! My only wish, if u will, is that itd be nice to have even a short term warranty and that its faster as its a little slow especially at startup and of things at 8gb ram but my research says for this os thats normal and that its easily upgradable to 16gb ram. Overall im so pleased that im indebtably grateful. Thank you!
Satisfied with product quality but not happy with much delayed delivery and poor response and attitude from customer support to track shipping status. Would NOT buy from again or recommend this supplier.
I was surprised how well the laptop works. It is very speedy compared to my i7 laptop. boots up very quickly even after adding software and virus protection.
Bought 2, one for granddaughter one for me. One worked fine...one did not. I could not turn off airplane mode to connect to internet and mouse would not move! Returned second one.
Unless you're counting "virtual RAM" as part of the 8mg advertised, 4mg installed is four, not eight.
I am unable to activate Windows because it is not a legitimate copy.
After 2-days of use, the CD Drive stopped opening (you have to use a paperclip) and then the mouse hardware stopped functioning. I was able to plug in a usb mouse to get the mouse to work. Unfortunately, I spent 2-days setting up the laptop, so I kept it in hopes nothing else goes wrong. It's cheap and refurbished, but I would think they would test basic hardware.
This system came configured wrong. It was supposed to have a 500GB hard drive instead it had a 320GBHard drive. The battery would not charge. Mouse keys were non functional
