Where else can you find a powerful Windows 10 computer for less than $200? It's said to be "refurbished", but I can't swear that it's not NEW! Great machine (fast!) with plenty of convenient USB ports.

Bought this computer for my uncle to look at his e-mail and to surf the web. It is fast and easy to set up. Great price! For a basic computer this is a good buy. I would buy this again.

Runs well but very disappointing when trying to add an additional monitor. Without any additional video card, one can not operate a 2nd monitor. Added a EVGA GeForce 210 video card and no matter what I tried, the screen just stays black. It's almost as though the mother board has some kind of pre-installed program or blocker. My older Optiplex tower could handle up to three monitors and it was running on Windows 7. WTH?? For now I'll just have to keep using one monitor until I either hire a techie or learn on YouTube. I'm also contacting the seller directly. Not satisfied.

they say optiplex 790 but you get 390 which has alot of disadvantages compared to 790

the motherboard and harddrive fans were not working. It was not refurbished. I returned it and was supposed to get a refund in 5 days weeks ago. Where's my money. ordering online from you is now my last choice.

The shipping was great and on time. Some of the wires was not connected inside on the tower and it's loud and noisy super slow as well have to keep opening and closing the dvd player to get it to work. My husband and I are not satisfied.

SOUND WAS BROKE AS YOU COULD ONLY USE HEADPHONES. AND THEY WANTED TO TAKE IT BACK AND FIX IT. SO I SAID FORGET IT.

Looks like they just painted on the sides of the tower,Im returning, where is the quality control?

Garbage! Worked for 3 weeks with very light usage. Don't waste your money
