Customer Service Lacking
Never received item 3rd party customer service has been a nightmare. Item wasn't delivered to me, even though I have cameras as video proof. they told me since carrier confirmed delivery so oh well file a police report and that's it.

they were supposed to be presents, but they won't charge something inside actually sounds like a baby rattle. sent in a request to return or exchange and still no resolution.

Gross, not cleaned
I know this is refurbished but I assumed it would look like new. It came obviously used with dirt and skin on it. It was disgusting. Glad i oped and looked at it before I gave it as a present.
