Defective product, very short warranty period.
Item broke after about 3 months of use. Took to repair shop and it is not repairable. Contacted seller to see if they would honor warranty but they would not as it only came with a 30 day warranty. Buyer beware of very short warranty period and potentially defective product.

Phone was in good shape physically but did not was not fully function. Returning this product was not easy as well.

No IMEI number on phone
This phone has no IMEI number. I tried to get it activated with Verizon and they said they couldn't because it must have an IMEI number
