The phone screen broke seven months after purchase. This must have been a very shoddy refurbish. Do not recommend!

I've had this phone 4 months now and have not been impressed. The screen started flickering with a green hue and was inoperable. Returned it to Google for repairs. They say the screen is cracked. Upon shipping there were no cracks in the screen. I doubt it happened during shipping since I had packaged it very well. Perhaps there was a crack inside invisible to the eye. Google will not say nor send me a picture. Although the phone is under warranty, it doesn't cover the screen. They want me to pay $130 for a new screen. I told them to forget the screen and repair the flickering issue. They will not unless I pay for a new screen. This is their sneaky way to get us to pay for the repairs. There are many complaints regarding this phone about cracked screens within a few months of purchase. The phone is obviously not well made and very fragile. A small little drop and the phone is useless. I do not want to pay $130 for a new screen. Judging from all of the online complaints, the screen will become cracked again shortly. Therefore, a money pit.
