This was a good purchase there was only one problem the cords were the wrong one to hook up the computer to the monitor.

Decent product for the price

If the product does not come from Walmart specifically I will never purchase anything again. The computer was broken or damaged in many areas. Once I did get it on it was froze up and totally unusable. One of the worst products I have ever purchased. No good contact phone number for the supplier. Just awful service.

First of all, if I could leave less than one star, I would! I bought one of these for my daughter for Christmas. It was obvious that the description was a lie as soon as we opened the box. The monitor was NOT brand new!! It's some used off brand and the picture is horrible so I guess we'll be having to buy one of those also. Although the description doesn't mention speakers, the pictures show speakers and they were not with the computer. It also did NOT come with and RGB keyboard and mouse. It came with a cheap 10 dollar mouse and keyboard that's cheap and flimsy and absolutely is NOT backlit. The VGA cable didn't work so my daughter had to wait til the day after Christmas to even use the computer. We had to go buy one that worked. The WiFi/Bluetooth adapter worked but it didn't work good enough to even watch YouTube videos with. We had to go buy one of those also. The Graphic Card in this computer will not even play the simplest of games like Fortnite. So now we'll be having to spend money to put our own in. We bought a really cheap laptop a While back that would even play Fortnite but this desktop one will not. Ladies and gentlemen, save your money. Especially if it's for a gift because now I have a daughter that's wondering what the point in getting a computer was for Christmas.
