I bought refurbished and you have to play around with the power button to get laptop screen to come on. Also, a message keeps popping up to use the charger that the laptop came with, because it's charging slow. I'm using the charger it came with. Im not sure why they're charging what they do for these computers when its shoddy. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
the laptop i have recieved is that the one thats described. i recieved a system with only 8GB of RAM, i specifically got this one because itnwas listed as 16GB ehich is a requirement if what i need. they do not even have anything available to replace it at the moment.
Online was 16gb ram but I received 8gb ram
