Item arrived on time in good working condition. The item arrived with a generic charger but the vendor shipped the original charger at no cost.

Dr Valdea jennings
Sadly, I discovered that this device will not run any of the music notation software that I needed it for. And because the operating system (Windows 8) is not upgradable, it is useless. I am attempting to return it. Stay tuned for my comments to you and to Paypal about that process!

A Disappointed Child
The Surface Pro took over a month to receive. The Surface did not work nor could I connect anyone at the number provided to let them know it was being returned. I do not plan to buy any more electronics from Walmart. It was a Christmas gift and I was embarrassed and disgusted. It was a disappointment to the child receiving it.

brought this surface pro 2 first thing wouldn't stay on tried charging it after 3 hours still wouldn't come on. this was a very bad let down. was excited about getting it now just feel very frustrated. i would not recommend this to anyone
