Disappointed
First of all I didn't realize it was a used product. Need to read information better. When I received it it was missing stylus that said came with. Who sends a product that is dirty? How hard is it to clean it? I shouldn't have to open package touch something dirty.

poor buy
when we received the game it would not turn on nor would it charge. contacted seller and there solution was for us to replace the battery. i choose to send back and purchase a different one.

top reader doesn't work
The top reader doesn't read the games only the bottom one does. I was really excited to use it and play all the games I had but it wasn't able to read my games. I was so disappointed
