Completely dissatisfied (x2) ..
Could've been 5 stars across the board .. but purchase is a roll of the dice on reliability being fixed then sold outside its factory state. Whoever is doing the unlocking work on these phones is providing disservice on an otherwise great phone. i bought two and bothe had to be returned for malfunctioning . Best thing in all is the 5 star return service making the gamble viable.on all phones of this type purchased via Walmart.

The IMEI can not be found using Straight talk..
I contacted agent to inquire if this is compatible with straight talk. they assured me that it is. I spend 2 hrs trying to transfer my old phone information into this new phone. agent can not find the IMIE stated that the phone IMIE is in correct. ai felt like im cheated on. I am returning this junky product.

Sound not clear
The Samsung phone sound is not clear and next time I will not order online. That was my second phone from Walmart which has problems. So sad
