The phone is quick and responsive.

Have had the A71 5G for almost a month, after coming from a CDMA LTE Moto G6 smartphone. I'm overall happy with it. The condition had a few surface scratches that are only noticeable when the phone is off. The phone is narrow enough to be comfortable in the hand, but tall enough to make display viewing overall better. Before I activated the phone, I went through and disabled apps I wouldn't use, uninstalled a few more, opened developer options to disable automatic background system update, turned off wifi, and just got a feel for the phone and where all the settings are. Since I didn't want to use Tracfone service any longer as their hotspot enabling service changed when Verizon took them over last year, I went with RedPocket. After activating the phone I called my husband for our weekly talk as he works away from home. The phone got warm in the upper left hand corner to where I kept the phone to my right ear, as holding it to my left ear would rest on the warm area. My Motorola and previous phones have never become warm like that during long phone calls, as in one spot. So that is the only negative about this unit, otherwise I am pleased with it. I live in the country where only cellular data service is available, so I use this phone as a hotspot device for my laptop or desktop. I'm avoiding doing the Android 12 June 2022 update as there is a bug in that system update that effects this phone concerning the SIM card (g s m arena reviewers talk about it), which is why I enabled developer options to disable automatic system update when WiFi is on. I'd like to wait and see if that bug gets fixed before doing any system updates. I did update the apps through goo play store. The camera takes very good pictures, but it is still too new for me to give you an opinion on it. It takes better pictures than my moto g6 phone. Living in Arkansas, it will be a while before I can tell you about 5G connectivity. I set network connection to 3G/4G/LTE. Talking on phone sounds good. My Bluetooth iJoy headphones work with it and my husband says they do not echo like as when I used them with my moto phone. A bit pricey, but I wanted a 5G capable phone for long-term future use for when it does come here, and most 5G capable phones cost over 200 dollars.

Item has extremely poor signal

phone came in good condition. however the basic charger they include doesn't utilize the advertised 25w charging capabilities. the cord included is only like 18in long as well. definitely gonna have to order the correct items.. no SIM ejector either. came multiple days late. nearly a week. messaged the seller multiple times also. got no response. you're pretty much on your own after the purchase.

The phone came on tim and looked great when i received it but i had trouble getting to charge so i thought it was my charger so i went and got a new one and its still habing a hard time taking a charge....

description says unlocked, it is NOT and i have to return it again.

This phone says it is unlocked but it is not. It said Like New condition, it is not. When I tried to activate it, I couldn't because the information in the phone appeared to not be correct, like the IMEI and Serial Numbers weren't legitimate. Now I have to try to order another phone and spend another week minimum, without a phone. I'd choose no stars if I could

The battery wasn't any good from the beginning. I knew I know I should have sent it back as soon as I saw it was refurbished. Verizon didn't want to activate this phone to my account even though.it was unlocked.bthe IMEI number was compatible. I got an update now the phone won't cut on or charge. Now I don't have a phone thanks.

I though this phone is an android phone. It asks a Microsoft account which I don't have. It id not an Android. It comes something with UI. It is not allowing me to enter a google account.
