I got this phone for my daughter because she dropped hers and broke the screen and it was cheaper to buy a new phone for her than it was to replace the screen on her old one I found this refurbished one for only $50 which is wow hard to believe and then it has more memory a better screen graphics and camera then my current a32 so I definitely recommend the refurbished phones before I recommend a new one because all the bugs are already worked out Don't have as much to worry about. so if you're out there hesitating to buy a refurbished don't they really do work better than new ones because they've already been through by techs to find the problems if there were any. so a bright 5 sparkling stars ... my 12 yr old daughters words not mine but cute from alice an me

Preowned=bad idea. The bottom right of the screen was cracked, it won't connect to a charger so you can forget about fast charging and it came with protective glass on it that was too small. Of course the charging issue didn't start happening until after the 30 day return period was up.
