I've had this refurbished iPhone 12 for about a month, and everything seems to work as if it were purchased new. Battery holds charge, facial recognition is a huge plus, and I love this phone. Plus the price was I expensive, highly recommend this product.

Hello I just got phone however I have not turned it on yet. The phone looks great there is a few marks outside of the camera ring the round patt but other than that no scratches etc

I finally upgraded my trusty old iphone 7 with a nicely-refurbished iphone 12. I am retired- and don't need the latest or greatest phone, (I've never taken a selfie in my life- and lots of people should follow my lead) so this was a good affordable option for me.

Could be in better overall shape and a new battery should have been installed. That said, it works well and I had very little trouble getting it working. All apps and data transferred with no problems. It's a good upgrade from my old iPhone 10.

Phone arrived in condition expected. However, upon adding it to my Apple Acct was notified the Battery and Display needed : Restart & Finish Repair. Have attempted this twice and have not been successful at resolving this. Have sent a message asking for a solution. Hope to get a response offering how to remedy or will be returning the phone. I have purchased from you before without issues and hope to find an agreeable resolution with the least amount of frustration and delay on this purchase. Refund, return or send a replacement.

This phone looks like someone slashed it with a blade all over the screen. It said some wear but this is awful I'm returning it. Battery did have 86% life left but the screen is horrid

Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this company they are dishonest scammers! My daughter saved up her money to purchase this reburbished iphone 12 for herself for her 15th birthday and this phone was damaged from the charging port and the phone was in horrible condition. I was unable to reach anyone to help me %26 When I tried to return it my return window had “expired”! Do not buy from these scammers!
