I needed to upgrade from 4G to 5G and something affordable so I picked this. I bought it with a case separated and replaced the battery because the health was sitting at 73 when I got it. Other than that, better than the iPhone 11 Pro Max honestly :)

Good phone and great prices

At first I loved this phone it was great but the battery compacity went down very quickly and I got this in February 2025 and it's now may and it's already on 76% and it started off 93% but besides that the phone didn't have no scratches not that I seen the camera quality is nice.

Too many scratches on the screen

I ordered this phone from Walmart.com, I Am still without A PHONE, I NEED MY REFUND!!!! SO i can Buy Another Phone, Im so Upset over this Process, I bought the phone from Walmart, i took it back to Walmart only to find out i had to send it to a 3rd party, I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER IPHONE THROUGH WALMART. The phone was refurbished and when I went to connect it to put the SIM card in or to put the eSIM card in the agent at the cell phone store told me that it has a problem with the cellular. The phone only works when it's connected on Wi-Fi and I found out when I went yesterday outside and I couldn't make a phone call.

the screen is not in good shape. especially on the right side. you can clearly see that the screen is coming out. there's a bunch of things inside the back of the phone. I'm gonna return it. some scraches over the phone slso.

I've purchased refurbished phones before and never received one in a condition like this . The screen is so scratched up and no where in the description stated that . I am highly disappointed this is poor service!!

I paid $504.24 for a refurbished iPhone 12 Pro with 512 GB. I received a power adapter without a cord. NO PHONE!!!!!!! The company refused to make things right. Now I am out $504.24 and without a phone. Do not buy from this company!!!!!
