When I received the phone it had a few scratches but nothing too bad, also it was completely dead but once it was turned on and set up it worked perfectly fine 8/10

A couple deep stratches and wear and tear on the ceramic sides and small scratches on the screen but still works ok

The rating for this refurbished phone was “good “. There were so many scratches on the glass , that the Face ID would not work. I would hate to see what a “Fair would look like. The price was $535. Plus tax. I returned it . Then bought an “excellent “ rated same phone for $10. More. Wished I had seen first. Then when I called to return the phone ( within 48 hours of opening it). They said I could not return it. I finally got someone on the phone to help me out and went to local Wal mart. Service desk. The employee not not very friendly. ☹️

Phone is good everything is working perfectly fine, but i don't think the battery will serve me well as a student because it's 74%. That's the only thing i don't like about it.

I have purchased the cellphone last year on walmart. But unfortunately now I have a problem on the phone. I don't know why sometimes my network doesn't have connection. Even though I restarted the phone and even turn my phone off and on it.
