Sent the wrong computer that didnt work
First, we ordered a Dell and received an HP. To top that off, it didn't work. when I contacted the seller, I was told the hard drive most likely came lose in shipping. I have never heard of that happening before. When I opened the back of the laptop to check the hard drive there were 2 pieces just laying in there not attached. As I thought the hard drive was not lose, infact it has 6 different screws to hold it in place. The was a present for my autistic son, whom asking me about the replacement multiple times a day and was so upset on christmas.

Laptop with no Hard Drive? What?
The laptop I received was missing a the hard drive and a it hard a card saying it did not have the Windows 10 Operating System which it advertised on Walmart.com I definitely would not buy from this seller.

Doesn't Work
The laptop doesn't work. Can't get it to come on consistently enough to use it. Now having trouble returning it.
