everything went smooth with ordering paperwork purchasing shipping it was shipped early so I received it early everything was great

I bought surface pro which is great and looks like new.

Nothing can be said negative about Microsoft Surface products, but i understand that buying a refurbished items takes risks and i have not even put in 100 hours of usage on my surface pro, and i having minor issues that i intend to resolves. I think that refurbished items sold in Walmart such list the the defected problems that were fixed or renewed.

I chose to purchase this item because it was a great deal. The advertisement visually and in the description reflects a pen and Microsoft Surface Type Cover comes with this Refurbished Microsoft Surface Pro 4. I ordered this on March 11, 2021 and was received on March 21, 2021. The pen nor Type Cover (keyboard) was not included when this order was delivered. I reached out to Walmart Customer Service today to initiate an inquiry to the vendor to fulfill their part of the deal. I will await a response and provide an update to my review. I will recommend purchase of this item if they make good on the accessories, they advertised was part of the purchase.

I paid so much for this and I received a product that is beat up all over and the screen is damage as if it got too much pressure.i was hoping for something decent at least for the price i paid. And on top of that i had to continue waiting for about 2 months to receive my order and these people didn't want to send all the items that the description box indicated.

After charging the device overnight, I only have < 2 hrs battery life and haven't used it for anything

Couldn't get it to work right and had to return it.. bummer!
