This PC is seriously amazing for it's price. There are no speakers, but it comes with most necessary cords, a keyboard, and a mouse. The overall performance is worthy of it's price, I'd say it's a great starter gaming pc. Manual is clear enough. Ended up calling tech support and they were clear, friendly, and got the issue fixed in like 5 minutes. I do recommend.
First time purchasing will see how it work out
My grandson loves it.
Had problems with HDMI input and speaker kicking on and off plugged in
Returning this PC back to Walmart because no display will show on the monitor. I even brought a display port to see if that would work and no display. The guy who was processing the return looked at the gaming PC told me that the graphics board was over 10 years old. Never buy a gaming PC ever from a 3rd party company.
okay first of all whenever it showed up there was no packing foam inside the computer like they're supposed to be half of the stuff inside was unplugged and kind of jacked up so I had to replug everything in then when I finally got to turn on it was telling me I had to update the AMD graphics driver and when I tried to it tells me I can't because of the version of the driver is not compatible so I am having trouble playing most of my games on it that I have and just seems like to be one problem after another. I keep running into more problems. now I can't get it to boot out of safe mode and it took me about a week just to get the drivers that I do have in here that will update to update it wasn't packed very well when it was shipped eithe. not at all. the chips were half unplugged on the inside so it would have been a good computer if they would took more care in the shipping and possibly installing the components into it. but obviously this company doesn't give a care about their customers otherwise they wouldn't allow this crap to happen. so no I do not recommend this company whatsoever. not just the device but the company that manufactured this brightly lit pile of crap. until they decide to change or fix the departments within there company or at least there quality control. just avoid this company. hopefully this will spark them to get a hold of me because I have no idea how to get a hold of them there was no information sent with this computer no book nothing so hopefully they'll get a hold of me because I have no idea of how to get a hold of them and I've tried through Walmart and I can't figure out where there company customer support info is.
PC broken. Box damaged. PC not working.
