We have two 48” Pro Value kennels for our 60 and 80 pound Tamaskan dogs. They love lying in these ....... until they don’t. The 60 pounder totally bent the bottom up enough that it’s head fit through. I expected this steel to be able to stand up to a dog for which the kennel is sized. We bought one size large (up to 90 lb) and our 60 lb dog is bending it.

I bought this Kennel for my puppy back in September/October and it worked well for a few months. As my dog has grown the kennel is not holding up as well as I would expect and had hoped for.

We were excited to get this crate up as we have a puppy on the way. We were not happy when we found a broken plastic piece in the box. nowhere in the very basic instructions does it say what the piece is for. Our product came with a divider with also no instructions. And one of the bottom structural bars of the crate was bent.\nI contacted customer service and they were pretty much no help, just said to contact the retailer for a full refund. I was hoping they would at least tell me what that plastic piece was for and maybe send a replacement, but no, they couldn't care less.\nOh! and there is no access to some free training video that is worth $19.99, I had to find it on youtube and it's at least 20 years old. And the QR code on the front of the box also gives you an error, and points to nowhere on their website. It looks like the company has basically given up. \nI could have kept the crate and lived with the issues but with their responses I just took my money elsewhere (returned the crate to Walmart) and bought the same crate from a competitor.
