Precision Products LSP48 48 in. Tow Behind Lawn Sweeper

i bought one of these 6 years ago from the manufacturer. It was $279. This one is improved and cheaper years later. It arrived four days ahead of what they expected.

The sweeper seems to work well although it is set at the lowest height possible. The assembly drawings were very hard to read and I had to reassemble some parts twice because the drawings did not show the orientation of the parts clearly.

Nice product, but bolts come loose each time unless you use locktite.

Haven't got to use the sweeper as of yet because all the parts were not in the package. We are having to call the company to get parts sent to replace the ones not there. Still finding things wrong with it, such as one of the wheels wan't turn . The package looked like it had been droped several times by the time it reached us. We were not at home when delivered.

Product came 2 days early, great . After unpacking all the parts and getting ready to assemble, laying every thing out, I found that there were two right hand hitch arms instead of a left

The assembly directions do not match the reality of the actual product. Holes do not line up. Screws do not fit through holes without assistance from a hammer. Support bars bend while assembling. The only way I got it together was to look at a picture of an assembled item. I was so frustrated with the product that I was considering just throwing it in the trash. Once assembled, it does sweep but poorly. The height adjustment is poorly designed. I'll use it since I got it but I would not recommend this product.

The item I purchased must have been returned as defective prior to my receiving it and put back in the inventory. The lawn sweeper was missing parts, the instructions were impossible to follow, one diagram showed bolts to be put on right side, next diagram showed bolts on left side! The wheels did not turn, just dragged. I have returned this item and told the person at return counter to make sure item is marked as defective so that another customer will not go through what I had to.

We discovered that we were missing M8X20 Hex Head Bolt, Flat washer , M8 Nylock Nut, 2 spacers and 2 support rods. (received 1 but bent) So it sits in my garage in peaces becasue it can't be completed. It was also difficult to assemble because contiunally looking for missing parts.

Would give less stars if possible. What a waste of money, use this money and hire some neighborhood kids to rake your yard. Have used it three times and have had to fix or replace parts after each use. Basically quits working when half full and when you go to empty it is scattered grass for 50 feet.

Missing parts, wrong hardware package, screws and wrenches all wrong. Returning for full refund. . Very dissatisfied.
