I prefer the Swanson's formula. Mason Natural works well also.

Magnesium oxide is not absorbable very well should use magnesium glycinate. And magnesium and calcium should never be taken together because calcium is a bully and blocks the absorption. Don't know why you guys mix these two into this product because it is just a waste of time, but the portion is great, I wouldn't take this product without calcium and magnesium oxide! They do that with a lot of vitamins by the way
