I can see how this works out the body because it causes the muscles to tense and contract in an isometric exercise kind of way. But I took it back because at my past middle age it was just too intense for me. Good product though!

The basics of the machine work fine, and you can certainly feel it in your legs after a few minutes. The manual is a joke, and the labels on my remote are very different to the photos here, and the presets (walking, jogging etc.) do not seem to work. Maybe in time I'll figure it out.

Great machine arrived early. Gave four stars because they didn't include batteries for the remote or better workout opts. Also seems to only have select programs without the remote like demos. Can't increase the time if you want more time. But it sure makes you feel like you got a workout for just 15 minutes.

The remote received is not as advertised. The manual does not show what each program should be used for. I contacted the seller and hope they respond. Hopefully will be able to hear back from them, then I will give the product 5 stars.

Directions for use are very unclear. Language doesn't make sense. I'm still trying to figure out how to set the programs and what each program does. On the remote, I don't know what sequence I use to set a program.

Advertisement was misleading. Online information incorrect with information on paperwork that was in included with the actual product.
