Prell Shampoo Classic 13.5 oz., All Hair Types, Adult

I have used Prell shampoo for most of my life, and I'm 69 years old. I have always liked it, it lathers well, smells fresh and clean, and a bottle will last me for months, and that gives me great value for my money, being on Social Security and not having a lot to spend on things, it's important to me to save where I can.

Prell is a thick shampoo so it doesn't run out of bottle fast. Stays in the palm of your hand. It smells naturally fresh. My hair is long, about 3 inches past my shoulder. I only need a very small amount, a little less than a quarter size. My husband uses about a dime size amount. Rinses out easily.

Hubby has used PRELL since he was a teen in the 1940s and likes it distinctive, mild aroma and how it gets his (now thinning) hair squeaky clean. He considers this a “manly” shampoo, not fussy and has never changed, always a beautiful clear emerald green color. We have long joked it is so heavy-duty it could clean rust from old cars. I also used it for years on color-treated hair but now require prescription shampoo. We both consider this old-school shampoo because it never tried to modernize or be trendy, just cleans your hair. Highly recommend.

I haven't used this shampoo for so long and honestly didn't think it was still around until it popped up on the walmart site when I was ordering a delivery. I got a bottle and forgot how good it makes your hair smell and silky soft. my hair smelled good for days. I was my hair twice a week and this shampoo works well for me. I love it... I'm glad it's still around...

You should order prell conditioner for hair.. I know they make it because I've bought it from another store.. Now I can't get it because I live to far from that store.. I would rather buy it from your store since I shop with you more then any other store..

I've used this shampoo for years; although, I have changed shampoo many times; but, slwayscpme back to Prell! It has a wonderful and fresh scent and does a great job cleaning my hair and also has a great lather! In addition, the price is phenomenal compared with other shampoos!

Prell Shampoo has been my preferred shampoo for years. No frills fancy scents or ingredients just good cleaning shampoo. Unfortunately, my local stores are not stocking the Classic Prell much these days so, I have to go online. Walmart's bulk pricing is very good.

when I was little that's when my mother would buy us Pearl and now I look for it forever finally found it so I'm going to continue using it I want to tell my grandchildren and my children I love Pearl so it is wonderful I like it I like the lather the richness the scent it's not the same sense of before which was much better but it's okay

The best shampoo on the market today! WOW is all I can say after trying this shampoo, I've tried very expensive shampoos and very cheap shampoos all of them gave me one of two issues either unsightly dermatitis all over my neck and face or hair so incredibly dry and tangled it was painful and time consuming to style, this shampoo is the answer to many prayers, the thick luxurious lather is so wonderful but the best part is the results, no more dermatitis, no more dry tangled hair, it leaves hair STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL! and feeling so clean and nice and so easy to style and comb out without pain and it is neutral with skin, I will never buy another shampoo!

I can see that Prell is getting just like any other shampoo company - adding a bunch of irritants to their shampoo. I bought this particular Prell Shampoo all of these years because: 1) it had a light, clean scent, 2) it cleaned your hair and scalp very well, and 3) there were hardly any ingredients in this shampoo. Now, the shampoo is ruined. It makes my hair greasy and frizzed out at the same time. The smell is now overpowering. The shampoo now contains hexyl cinnamal, linalool, amyl cinnamal, and benzyl salicylate. There are hardly any shampoos on the market now that do not contain these ingredients. I am sick and tired of a lot of these shampoos, face products, etc. containing too much fragrance and botanicals - they are not needed. I will not be buying this shampoo again.
