i was traveling with my 2 month old and didn't want to struggle with production so i bought these. i think they did help a bit. I've had other products that work better but i would still definitely buy these again because they are easy to travel with or stick in a diaper bag

I have 2 month old twins and wasn't producing enough to feed them, I actually was only producing almost enough for just one of them. I ordered these and have been drinking it for about a week now and I truly think they're helping! I'm still not producing exactly what they're eating between the both of them but it's significantly more than what I was and just keeps going up! For the price, they are definitely worth trying! I will be continuing to purchase them! They taste pretty good and it's super easy to take on the go and remember to just mix it in water once a day.
