Bought this for my 10 month old pup I rescued from an abusive home. Sweetest pup I’ve ever owned. He is loving and loves hugs 24/7 he doesn’t understand any commands, so I bought this collar because it has beep sound and vibration. I would never use the zapping feature, this pup been through enough. I have been using this collar for 2 weeks. I only have it on him 3 hours a day. He responded to the beeping sound immediately, half the time I don’t even have to press it, he sees the remote and calms downs. (He wants to be in everyone’s lap, can’t be close enough to you) funny , he loves the collar, he gets excited to put it on the second I pull it out. It’s a great collar, easy to use. Follow direction, don’t leave it on your pet more than 12 hours !

This is the best purchase I've made for my dog, he's become really obedient since we've started using the collar. We're now able to sit in the front yard without him trying to run off or go running after the kids trying to play. I highly recommend this collar for your disobedient dog for training. Even walking him is calmer, it's funny because all I have to do is show him the remote and he straightens out.

Great product to use if you do not wish to buy the more expensive wireless fence systems. My dog responds to the beeps without having to use the static shock and it has helped keep his barking in check after moving to an apartment from a house. I previously used this remote to keep him in the yard and out of my garden with great success. I had a small issue with the USB cable and Contacted Premier Pet which got almost an immediate response saying that they will send me a new cable. I am extremely pleased about this outcome and would recommend this product to anyone who needs help with their dogs behavior.

Very handy, easy to used battery life , easy tool for use in training dog, I'm very happy for this it comes with warranty if you want to include . The remote is very easy to use not to much complicated also the charger are wired same cable so can charge at the same time .

this thing is a life saver! our golden doodle gets very excited when people come over and will not stop jumping and running all over. all i have to do is take this out now and she calms down. however actually getting it on her is a different story, she tries to run away cause she knows it makes her behave and she doesnt like to be told what to do sometimes. she can be pretty subborn when she wants to be. so yes definitely needed this thing, it really has helped a ton!

I got this product for a large dog that I am trying to train as it had very bad behaviors formed with the previous owners that I'm trying to break. However, it's hard to be consistent as the collar does not stayed charged for very long then takes a long time to charge back up. The remote however has not had to be charged once since the initial charge.

Box was empty with 2 aa batteries and crushed paper

Started out great for the first hr and a half. Didn’t last more than 2 hrs, even after charging for the correct amount of time per instruction. Unfortunately the box was destroyed by my toddler or I’d have taken it back.

I would not recommend this item to anyone or any pet. The battery on it does not stay charge at all. I give it a max of 20 hours before it stops working. There is no indication on when it dies. The remote doesn't tell you the battery life on the collar. If I could give zero stars I would.

i bought this and have had it for seriously one day. my dog comes barking at my neighbor and im hitting the button to spark him wondering why its not working when oh crap, i realize the shock component has just literally fallen off the collar! i cant even find it anywhere! i had no clue it fell off and i still cant find it! what a waste of $50 bucks! it is not securely attached to the collar so apparently it tends to fall off and i had no idea.
